This course deals with the effects of obligation, namely, execution either voluntary or obligatory, the characteristics of obligation (e.g. the condition “Proviso” and the maturity period, plurality of the subject-matter, and plurality of parties and their joint liability), and conveying the obligation, transferring rights and debts and finally termination of obligation (e.g. the discharge, the impossibility of performance, and limitation of court actions).
